Fajitas

Tonight we had fajitas. One thing nice about fajitas are each person can make them how they like. I prepared steak-ums, bacon, sauteed onions, lettuce, cheese, and salsa. Our fruit for the night was apples.

mom-wrapped cheese, steak-ums, onions, bacon, more cheese, lettuce, and salsa in my tortilla. I ate that twice. I ate all but one of my apple pieces because daughter7 wanted it.

I like fajitas. There are so many things you can put in them.

Didn't really want to cook; and I had no idea what I was going to cook until I started doing it.

Salad

One of our favorite family meals is salad. I know that is probably weird since we have little kids, but they all eat it. I cut up the lettuce and tomato. Put them in a bowl and then have the extras on the table to add in. Tonight we had cheese (Colby/Jack), pepperoni, bacon bits, croutons, and Ritz crackers. Our fruit for the evening was pineapple.
